A renovation can greatly increase the user value of a building, whether it concerns creating extra floor space, increasing your living enjoyment or restoring monumental features.
But what is technically possible? How can we become more sustainable and what fits within the budget? Questions to which we answer.
Our designs create surprising new possibilities and spaces. Already present qualities are reinforced. We make responsible choices in dealing with monumental buildings and guide you in coordination with aesthetics and monument preservation committees.
MidWest
Commissioned by the MidWest Foundation, we made the architectural design for the restoration, renovation and transformation of a monumental school building in the working-class neighborhood of De Baarsjes in Amsterdam into a business and cultural hotspot for entrepreneurs, local residents and visitors.
A co-creation with residents, users, builders, municipality and owners!

Willy Naessens Nederland
For Willy Naessens Netherlands we designed the renovation of their office at the A59 motorway in Noord-Brabant. The facades of the building have been given a new modern look and the new insulation makes the building a lot more energy efficient.
The warehouse behind has been transformed into an attractive workspace with a mezzanine where team meetings can take place. A high-quality meeting room is fully equipped. The double height wall absorbs sound while a subtle color effect gives a warm tone to the room.

Middenweg
The design transforms an outdated urban house into the ideal family home: a lovely double-height living room on the south-facing garden, light and open views through the modern extension and high-quality finishes inside where old and new are in perfect harmony.
The house is also fully sustainable, with heat and cold being generated by means of an aquifer thermal energy storage installed in the garden.
